This 4 day/3 night yoga retreat is all about nourishing you from the inside out with gentle & relaxing yoga, healthy meals, nature, like minded people & free time to explore, rest & relax.

Accommodation & pricing

Your retreat includes 3 nights accommodation in a beautiful  6 bedroom country home for up to 14 people.

 

Most of the accommodation is shared with king single beds. There are 3 twin rooms (1 with ensuite), 1 triple & 1 quad room (with ensuite). There is 1 private room available. Several rooms open up onto the verandah.

Rooms will be allocated based on what is available when you book in - those that book first, get first choice. Payment plans available

  • 7:30-9am Gentle flow yoga  

  • 9am Breakfast

  • 11am Group activity (TBC)

  • 1pm Lunch

  • FREE TIME

  • 4:30-6:30pm Yin/restorative yoga

  • 7pm Dinner

 

Sunday

  • Sleep in/free time

  • 9am Breakfast

  • 11am Mindfulness bush walk & meditation

  • 1pm Lunch

  • FREE TIME

  • 4:30-6:30pm Yin/restorative yoga

  • 7pm Dinner

  • 7:30-9am Gentle flow yoga 

  • 9am Breakfast

  • FREE TIME

  • 1pm Lunch

  • 2pm Closing circle

  • 3pm Depart

 

All yoga classes & activities are optional - do as much or as little as you like! During free time you can:

  • Visit the town of Bowral 

  • Go for a bushwalk direct from the property

  • Read, relax or get some extra sleep

  • Book a massage (additional cost)
