$250 for 10 weeks ($25 per class)

$30 casual drop in (subject to availability)

To secure your spot, simply pay a $50 deposit. For new students, this also acts as your 2 week trial before committing to the rest of the term.

Drop-in & mid-term bookings are possible if the class is not full,  Simply go to the bookings page to see if a spot is available.

  • classes are run on a term basis following the school term. New students can pay $50 for a 2 week trial before committing to the rest of the term. Mid-term bookings possible if class is not full - check the bookings page.

  • you also receive access to a selection of on-demand yoga classes in case you miss a class or want to practice more yoga at home. 

  • discount available if attending more than 1 class per week - get 10% off the term for each class. For a 10 week term, this means you only pay for 9 classes. 

Class descriptions
  • Restorative yoga:  a gentle & nourishing practice that uses props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows) to support the body in comfortable positions in order to calm the nervous system & facilitate deep rest, relaxation, healing & insight. Great for reducing stress, busy-ness, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue & chronic pain. May also support recovery from long COVID & other chronic illness. Suitable for all, including beginners. 

  • Functional flow: a slow flow (vinyasa style) class that incorporates functional movements in order to enhance the practice. It moves at a slower pace to most vinyasa classes in order to allow focus on alignment, breathing & moving with mindfulness. Props such as blocks are often used & modifications are offered for various levels of practice. More active and dynamic than the gentle flow class. Suitable for those with some yoga experience although beginners are welcome to try the class!

  • Gentle flow: a gentler version of the functional flow class. A combination of gentle & functional movement, stretching, breathing & relaxation. Suitable for all, including beginners.

  • Yin & meditation: a series of floor based postures designed to release deeply held tension, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Yin is a practice influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine which works with meridian channels in the body to unblock the flow of energy (Qi). A slow paced class with longer holds and a meditative focus that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered & calm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
