Yin yoga - 8 week term (2 week trial)

A series of floor based postures designed to release deeply held tension, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Yin is a practice influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine which works with meridian channels in the body to unblock the flow of energy (Qi). A slow paced class with longer holds and a meditative focus that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered & calm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. To secure your place, only pay a deposit of $50. Can trial the class for 2 weeks & pay the balance after this. Up until 1 Dec 2021, only fully vaccinated students may attend in -person classes according to NSW health regulations. Masks are required indoors. Limited to 7 students.
For regular group classes, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. Events & workshops are non-refundable, however a credit may be available for future use in case of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. For private classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
