Yin yoga - 10 week term

A series of floor based postures designed to release deeply held tension, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Yin is a practice influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine which works with meridian channels in the body to unblock the flow of energy (Qi). A slow paced class with longer holds and a meditative focus that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered & calm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Limited to 7 students. Pay $50 to secure your place & the remainder when the term starts. If you are a new student, this also acts as your 2 week trial.
All class terms, events & workshops are non-refundable, however a credit may be available for future use in case of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. New students booking in to a term of classes can pay to trial the class for 2 weeks before committing to the remainder of the term. No refunds will be given for missed classes. For private classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged.
