Slow flow yoga - by the beach

A vinyasa style class that moves slower in order to allow focus on alignment, breathing & moving with mindfulness. Functional movements are also incorporated to enhance the practice. Props such as blocks are often used & modifications are offered for various levels of practice. Suitable for those with some yoga experience although beginners are welcome to try the class! Up until 1 Dec 2021, only fully vaccinated students may attend in -person classes according to NSW health regulations. Masks are optional outdoors. Limited to 20 students. In case of bad weather, class will either move to my home studio in Chifley (up to 7 students) or switch to zoom.
For regular group classes, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. Events & workshops are non-refundable, however a credit may be available for future use in case of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. For private classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
