Move & meditate - by the beach

Start your day mindfully with 30min of gentle movement followed by 5min of pranayama (breathing) & 10min of meditation. The perfect way to gently wake up your body & start your day feeling calm & focused. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Up until 1 Dec 2021, only fully vaccinated students may attend in -person classes according to NSW health regulations. Masks are optional outdoors. Limited to 20 students. In case of bad weather, class will either move to my home studio in Chifley (up to 7 students) or switch to zoom.
For regular group classes, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. Events & workshops are non-refundable, however a credit may be available for future use in case of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. For private classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
