Functional flow - 10 week term

A slow flow (vinyasa style) class that incorporates functional movements in order to enhance the practice. It also moves at a slower pace to regular vinyasa in order to allow focus on alignment, breathwork & moving with mindfulness. Props such as blocks are often used & modifications are offered for various levels of practice. Suitable for those with some yoga experience although beginners are welcome to try the class! Limited to 7 students. Pay $50 to secure your place & the remainder when the term starts. If you are a new student, this also acts as your 2 week trial.
All class terms, events & workshops are non-refundable, however a credit may be available for future use in case of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. New students booking in to a term of classes can pay to trial the class for 2 weeks before committing to the remainder of the term. No refunds will be given for missed classes. For private classes, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid being charged.
